Commission and Payments

• The commission rate and payment schedule will be communicated upon approval.

• Payments are made via the selected payment method after a minimum payout threshold is met.
• We reserve the right to withhold payments in case of suspected fraud or violations.
• Commission value is 35% of subscriber monthly payment
• Commission is paid for the period clients pay their subscription or until affiliate leaves the program.
• Affiliate Responsibilities
• Promote products or services ethically and legally without misleading or deceptive practices.
• Do not engage in spamming, unsolicited emailing, or unauthorized advertising.
• You are responsible for your own taxes, fees, and legal compliance related to your earnings.

Prohibited Activities

• Affiliates may not bid on branded keywords or use trademarked terms without permission.
• Using fraudulent methods to generate clicks, leads, or sales is strictly prohibited.
• Affiliates must not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

Intellectual Property

• We grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our trademarks, logos, and marketing materials strictly for promotional purposes.
• All content provided remains our property and must be used as instructed.

Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement at any time without cause.
• If terminated, you must immediately cease using our materials and affiliate links.
• Pending commissions may be paid according to the terms unless breach or fraud is detected.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.
• Affiliate program participation is at your own risk.

Modifications

• We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
• Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered.
